Session Rules & Confidentiality (No Recording)
Recording is prohibited. You may not record, copy, photograph, stream, or transcribe any part of a session (audio, video, screen, chat), personally or via third parties. This ensures a safe and confidential space for all clients.
How Packs Work
- Choose your pack (5 or 10 sessions). Book your first 45-minute online session.
- Confirm via secure payment. Receive your confirmation email.
- First session: we establish your personalized support plan together.
- Following sessions: progressive work on your goals (stress, confidence, focus, emotions, transitions).
- Receive invitations for each scheduled session.
- Support open to anyone wanting to improve their mental and emotional well-being.
